RESPONSIBILITIES
-Resolves customer questions, complaints and requests via telephone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Perform customer verifications
- Manage customers' accounts
- Offers customer support using different software applications.
- Record details of actions taken
