am instalat win 7 dar SUNETUL NU MERE CORECT

sunetul se aude cu un biziit suparator.am un laptop asus x50sl series .l-am cumparat cu win vista iar acum am instalat win 7 ultimate. am fost pe site la asus si am descarcat toate driverele pt win 7 si le-am instalat.de mentionat ca driverul ce vine cu win7 merge dar nivelul de sunet este foarte jos.cu driverul de la asus sunetul zgirie in fundal.nici nu stiu sa descriu cum se aude.apoi am fost pe site la producatorul placii de sunet (REALTEK) si am descarcat ultimul driver.acelasi rezultat.apoi am folosit driver genius sa actualizez driverele.a gasit ca 10 din 70 tre actualizate intre care si realtek.acelasi rezultat.in rest totul functioneaza bine.acu nu stiu ce sa mai fac.ma poate ajuta cineva? am adaugat raportul generat de sandra sisoft:
