Try taking a smaller dose of Propecia (maybe every other day) or try a very small dose of duesteride.
How long did you take the Propecia? I've read accounts where sexual function returned for some people on Propecia after their bodies adjusted to the drug, perhaps 6-12 months. Maybe you need to find a balance between the sexual side-effects and the relief from the hives that you get.
If I had to choose, I'd take hormones and no libido any day of the week (pretty much have that now anyway.) The idea of giving up my E sends shivers down my spine.
