About Evozon

Founded in October 2005, Evozon Systems is a highly successful Romanian-Australian outsourcing services and consulting company located in Cluj-Napoca. Focused on Java/J2EE, .NET, Symbian and J2ME software services and solutions, we have a broad skill set which helps us meet most customer demands. We service many international organizations and have some large multinational clients.

An aggressive marketing strategy coupled with a customer centered approach helped us to grow rapidly, from 4 people in 2005 to 50 at the beginning of July 2008. At our current rate of development we expect this number to double by the end of 2008.

While most IT companies in Romania face yearly employee turnovers of over 15%, Evozon's was less than 5% both in 2006 and 2007. This fact alone is an excellent indicator of the great opportunity we are offering you.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the position we advertise is any passionate C++, developer with excellent programming background and skills, interested in learning from the best experts in Romania and Finland.

Evozon will provide expert training for any specialized skills that you are missing and are required in your activities.

Mandatory requirements:
- at least 2 years of work experience in C++
- creativity, talent, ambition, flexibility, open mindedness, excellent technological and linguistic abilities
- strong desire to grow professionally and personally
- fluency in English

Job responsibilities:
- working on project specifications
- code implementation based on technical specifications
- problem analysis
- software debugging
