I haven’t heard that song since 1995. It wasn’t in Blaze of Glory’s top 3 so I usually pressed FFWD when it was its turn. I remember that I was a big fan of Jon Bon Jovi. No day went by without me listening to at least one of his songs. He’s still in my best 10 voices in the world list. I also saw one of his movies. I don’t know the title. He had a leading part – the dull, working husband cheated by a wife with greater expectations out of life. Anyway, he’s by far a greater singer than an actor. I’ll never forget his sexy voice.

Regarding the song, I failed to notice before the deeper meaning behind the lyrics.
“And it’s this world that turns a killer into a hero.” – It makes me sad to thing about how much truth lies in this statement. Most of the personalities in the history are best known for winning wars: kings, emperors, presidents etc. Since when political affairs are more important then caring for the welfare human beings? All we see around us is the struggle for power. It tastes bitter even if you’re not directly involved.
