This is a warning to the potential customers of Elin apartments. They have a web site with the same name. I booked Zepter 1 apartment for 7 nights. They promised to send a maid to clean the apartment every 3 nights – she appeared only on the second day of our stay when there was nothing to clean of and never came back again. By the end of our stay we were running out of clean sheets, toilet paper, etc. The condition of the apartment is not as it looks on the photos – rather old and worn out. The door to the living room was hanging on 1 screw and fell down several times, the intercom system didn’t work and none came to fix it although I made a request to do so cause we were expecting guests. But the worst of it was that Elin company is not a trustworthy and honest one!!! At the day of departure I left my brand new business suit and several new shirts in the closet and when I came home and called them – they told me they did not find anything there!!! So someone of the company’s personal just stole my belongings! I will NEVER never again contact this company.

Hi,
Could you pls give me more details? I would like to rent an Elin apartment for a friend of mine, but now I am not sure anymore.
I would like to arrange an apratment view before confirming the booking, but even if th eapartment is in good conditions, I still have some reservations about the fact thay they might steal the client's stuff.
